The term "Bot" refers to the Star#4811 bot on Discord. 

The individuals managing the Star#4811 bot will hereafter be referred to as "we", "the authorities", etc.

1. General By using this bot, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms. Please read carefully.

2. Service Description The bot provides moderation functions on Discord servers. It offers features such as message moderation, user warnings, and blocking. The service may only be used for this purpose.

• Star Bot Authorities accept no responsibility for any consequences arising from misuse.

Custom commands set up may be incorrect or fail to be added; no responsibility is assumed and no 100% guarantee is provided. What the bot says may be incorrect or inaccurate. We absolutely accept no responsibility. Information provided via email may be incorrect. We accept no responsibility.

• PROVISION OF THE SERVICE "AS IS": starbotapp.com and the Bot (the "Service") are software currently in the development phase (BETA) and are provided to users entirely "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". NO WARRANTY IS GIVEN that the service will work flawlessly, be uninterrupted, protect your server, or serve a specific purpose.

• ABSOLUTE DISCLAIMER (ZERO LIABILITY): Service Authorities (Developers, Owners, and Affiliates) cannot be held liable for ANY material, moral, direct, or indirect damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to the following situations:

  • Members being kicked/banned, channels being deleted, or settings being ruined due to bot malfunction.

  • Data loss, deletion of message history, or loss of backups.

  • The bot going offline (downtime) or issues originating from the Discord API.

  • Security vulnerabilities arising from third parties hacking or abusing the bot.

  • And similar situations. By using this service, you agree that the risk of ANY damage, data loss, or server corruption that may occur is 100% YOURS. You declare that you will not demand a single penny in compensation from the authorities.

• TERMINATION OF THE SERVICE: The Authorities reserve the right to completely shut down the service, withdraw it from specific servers, or delete data without prior notice or giving any reason. In the event of the service shutting down, users cannot have any claims or rights.

5. Changes

• The terms of service may be updated from time to time.

• Updates are valid as soon as they are published.

• Users are expected to follow the updates.

• Any changes to this bot and site can be made without notice, and the user is deemed to have accepted the terms of service the moment it is updated.

• We reserve the right to notify or withhold notice regarding any changes.

6. Information The information on this site and the bot may change or contain inaccuracies, and updates may be published late.
